Meet Tracey and Howard, a truly awesome couple. Tracey first spoke to me about her wedding plans several months ago. Shortly after, I met Howard and I was really chuffed when they settled on me to photograph their wedding. From the moment I met them both, I knew we would get on just fine. The whole day would be based at Down Hall in Hatfield Heath, a great venue with some stunning locations. The day started off in a very relaxed and chilled way, with Howard practicing and refining his speech (many times I may add), and Tracey and the girls enjoyed a few glasses of vino. With both Bride and Groom looking fabulous, it was downstairs for the ceremony. The rooms at Down Hall are lovely and bright and although I’m fond of a church, I must admit it was easier for me – photography wise. After the ceremony it was out onto the lawn for drinkie poo’s and the group shots. The grounds were beautiful and the weather had brightened, but time was against us, so I managed to get some images of the newlyweds together, then off for the wedding breakfast, speeches, Cake (Roz’s rum-laden fruit cake is legendary I’m told) and some dancing.
